Products:
We use environmentally friendly cleaning products along with disposable swiffer dusters, swiffer wet
pads, etc. We only use the best of the best.
Tools:
We supply all tools needed from vacuum, dusters, ladders, brooms and swiffer mops.
Labor:
The hourly prices include employee cleaning labor coast, employment taxes, transportation (drive/gas),
over head Admin cost for the office.
Insurance Cost:
We carry a higher General Liability coverage to better insure our customers with American Family
Insurance. All employees bonded. Workers Comp and Car Insurance.
Taxes:
All employee taxes, workers comp, sales taxes etc are all part of the pricing.
Transportation:
We hire a Driver to drop off and pick up the staff from each appointment to ensure better time arrival. We
don't worry about parking either.
Please understand the cost of a driver, gas, car maintenance and repairs are high.
Over Head:
We have a office with extended office hours to better service you. Staff, taxes, rent, phones, advertising,
websites, cell phones, etc.
24/7
You can call 24/7 to schedule an appointment or make your appointment online 24/7.
Maids are paid by project not by the hour. The more appointment they can compete in a day, the more they
make. You are more then welcome to tip the maids for the works as well but never expected or required to.
