We use environmentally, Eco friendly, natural and non- toxic cleaning products along with regular
products, disposable swiffer dusters, swiffer wet pads, etc. We only use the best of the best.
Tools:
We supply all tools needed from vacuum, dusters, ladders, brooms and swiffer/ regular mops.
Labor:
The hourly prices include employee cleaning labor cost, employment taxes, benefits, and insurance.
Insurance Cost:
We carry a higher General Liability coverage to better insure our customers with American Family
Insurance. All employees are bonded. Workers Comp and Car Insurance.
Taxes:
All employee taxes, workers comp, sales taxes etc are all part of the pricing.
Over Head:
We have an office with extended office hours to better service you. Staff, taxes, rent, phones, advertising,
websites, cell phones, etc.

You can call to schedule an appointment or make your appointment online 24/7.

forced to charge a TRAVEL FEE/PARKING FEE for all clients.
