products, disposable swiffer dusters, swiffer wet pads, etc. We only use the best of the best.
Tools:
We supply all tools needed from vacuum, dusters, ladders, brooms and swiffer/ regular mops.
Labor:
The hourly prices include employee cleaning labor cost, employment taxes, benefits, and insurance.
Insurance Cost:
We carry a higher General Liability coverage to better insure our customers with American Family
Insurance. All employees are bonded. Workers Comp and Car Insurance.
Taxes:
All employee taxes, workers comp, sales taxes etc are all part of the pricing.
Transportation:
We hire a Driver to drop off and pick up the staff from each appointment to ensure better time arrival. We
don't worry about parking either. Please understand the cost of a driver, gas, insurance, car payments, car
maintenance and repairs are high.
Over Head:
We have an office with extended office hours to better service you. Staff, taxes, rent, phones, advertising,
websites, cell phones, etc.
