Open Positions: Handyman Service Attendant
We are currently looking for someone to fill a very important role in Little Helpers and assist the owner of Little Helpers
personally in growing the company. You will be guaranteed no less then 32 hours each week of work and can make up 40
hours a week (maybe Over time). You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all condo cleaning contracts,
assembling home and office furniture, carpet shampooing, power washing, removing junk from basements or garages. You
will also be responsible of maintaining all company cars or equipment from fixing vacuums to refueling cars, taking the car
for oil changes and other maintenance as required. If you also have some Phone or Customer service / Sales experience
that would be a plus. You would play a key role in servicing our clients and providing help for our internal office as well. This
position has room to grow to a lead and superior roles as the department grows and additional employees are hired. I am
looking for someone that doesn't give excuses and can show independent leadership and problem solving with results.

POSITION TILE: HANDYMAN/ SERVICE ATTENDANT (Furniture Assembly, Junk Removal, Condo Hallway cleaning, Power
washing, Carpet Shampooing, Care for company cars, etc.)
Handyman Position Requirements
- Over 2 Years of Professional Handyman Experience or construction REQUIRED
- Over 2 years of Customer Service
-Must be able to read and follow assembly instructions
-Must be available from 7am-7pm and work Sundays
-Must speak English (bilingual a plus)
-Must be able to lift at least 65lbs
-Must be detail oriented and follow directions correctly
-Valid Illinois Drivers License (Good record)
-A vehicle in good working condition (We provide transportation when needed)
-Cell Phone required - (We must be able to contact you while on jobs)
-90 Day Probation Period.
-Must pass Drug Test and Background Check.
Benefits: MAKE $11 -$20 an Hour or more with tips and bonus
-Pay Rate: $10-$12 an Hour, $2 extra an hr for Sundays. (Depending on experience. You only get paid for the time performed
at clients location)
-Mileage Rate: $0.50 cent a mile when you drive your car to and from appointments
-Tips: Clients at times will tip and you Get 100% of the tip (or divided between crew)
-We offer Paid Time Off and holiday pay, Weekly Payroll
-Monthly Bonus Checks (For perfect Attendance, good performance, no client complaints, etc.)
-Employee $100 Referral Bonus. Referrer an employee and get $50 after 6 months and another $50 after 12 months.
After working for more then 3 months and more then 350 hours, you will receive a performance review. Your raise will range
from $0.25-$1.50 per hour depending on your attendance, performance, and quality of cleaning and/or the function of your
position. After completing 12 months you will receive your 2nd performance review/raise for your first year with Little Helpers,
Inc.
Little Helpers has a strict attendance policy and has zero tolerance for poor attendance and tardiness. All new employees will
be on a 90 Day probation period, and you are only allowed to miss 1 day of work per month (excused or pre-approved). If you
